What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, email, phone (optional), county, acres, how the land is used, and notes.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records with a form submission, such as approximate city and browser type.
• Your email address if you sign up for deadline reminders.

How we use it

• To prepare your documents and contact you about your order.
• To send the deadline reminders you asked for: one in January and one in early April.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with realtors, appraisal districts or anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Payment, once it's set up, is handled by the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information or take you off the reminder list at any time through our contact form.
